WEEK OF MARCH 15th, 2026

Sunday, 03/15/2026
  • Sunday School at 9:30 Adults will meet in building #1. We will have Children’s Church (Sunday School) immediately after the singing portion of worship.   
  • Children of all ages are welcome in Worship. NURSERY IS AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE. 

Tuesday, 3/17/26
  • Kid’s Movie Night! We will show “Light of the World.” Entrance is free. This is open to our community as well. Concessions will be available for $1 per item. 

Wednesday, 03/18/2026 Mid-week Fellowship
  • Meal at 5:45PM
  • Women2Women, Men2Men at 6:30. Come fellowship with us!
  • Nursery will be available. 

Thursday, 03/19/2026
  • Most Excellent Way ~ Meal at 5:30PM and Meeting at 6:00PM

Saturday, 3/21/26
  • Youth Winter Jam Concert - 5:00 pm. All are welcome to attend. Suggested donation of $15 at the door. Meet at the church or meet us at the venue. See Tonia for more details and let her know if you plan to ride. 
  • Prayer Meeting - 6:00 pm. Join us for a time of prayer.

Service Opportunities

Volunteers are a crucial part of our ministry. Here are some areas where we could use more volunteers:
  • Sunday Morning Nursery and Children’s Sunday School - (Commitment: Once Monthly)
  • Children’s Wednesday Night Ministry - Minister to 5 - 11 year olds (Searching for leadership of this ministry. Current Commitment: Three Wednesdays per month) 
  • Music Ministry - (Commitment: Once Monthly)
  • Technology - (they will train you!) including monitors and sound (Commitment: Once Monthly) 

    • Someone to help with the Website (Commitment: As Needed)
  • Youth Activities/Ministry - (Commitment: Three Wednesdays per month or As Needed Per Event)
  • Homebound and Elderly Care (Searching for leadership of this ministry. Current Commitment: Holiday Events)
  • Fellowship Meal Coordination (Commitment: Once Monthly)
  • Welcome Team (Usher/Greeter/Security) (Commitment: Once Monthly)

Upcoming Events

  • Wednesday, March 25th, 6:30 pm - Fellowship meal at 5:45 pm. Bible study this week! We are studying the book of Romans. Come ready to grow in your knowledge of the word of God and discuss biblical concepts.
  • Saturday, March 28th, 10:00 am - Reverse Fundraiser Fish Fry - Meet at the church 9am. We will prepare fish fry plates, then take them to the Downtown Square and pass them out. This is a great opportunity for ministry and prayer for our community. *See Nathan to see how you can get involved! 
  • Saturday, March 28th, 5:00 pm  - Choir practice
  • Saturday, March 28th, 6:00 pm - Prayer service 
  • Sunday, March 29th - Visit to the Nursing Home; See Brittany Chastain for more details. 
  • Wednesday, April 1st, 10:15 am - We will serve lunch to college at the Baptist Student Ministry Building. See Lacey for details on how you can help. 6:30 pm - Bible Study after Fellowship Meal at 5:45 pm. 
  • Wednesday, April 1st, 5:45 pm - Bible Study - We will not have a Youth Service due to their play on Friday. We will have Bible Study instead. Please note the change and we'll see you there!
  • Friday, April 3rd, 6:30 pm - Good Friday Youth Play. Our Youth have worked hard to bring us a special program for Good Friday. Come and see!
  • Saturday, April 4th, 5:00 pm - Choir Practice. 6:00 pm - Prayer Service
  • Sunday, April 5th - Resurrection Sunday!
